Classes of Applications

We deal with commercial planning applications of varying nature everyday.
These include:
License trade application for Licensing (Scotland) Act; both operating plans and layout plans including all application forms completed and submitted
- Class 1 - expansion of existing retail premises as well as new applications
- Class 3 - change of use applications and sui generis of class 3 (takeaways)
- Class 10 - non-residential institutions such as day nurseries and crèches.
- Class 11 - assemblies and leisure for various leisure pursuits
Our main role is to listen to the clients' needs and see how we can best establish the design around their requirements, taking into consideration the budget. Our ethos is that nobody knows the requirements of your business better than you do. We are only here to allow you to do what your business does best and take the burden out of consents.
